| TITLE: | EFI 8400 Electronic Fuel Injection Analyzer |
| PURPOSE: | Marketing to Auto Repair Facilities |
BACKGROUND:Tightened auto pollution control has produced a significant presence of electronic fuel injection systems in today's automobiles. Auto Force is a company on the cutting edge of designing the sophisticated microprocessor controlled diagnostic equipment needed by repair shops to stay cost effective. Since auto repair professionals in general relate more readily to dynamic moving objects, video was chosen as an ideal medium to "show" the versatility of the EFI 8400 analyzer. THE METHOD:Tom Rivelli scripted an 11 minute sales presentation with a high level of technical content by studying Auto Force's existing documentation and working with a knowledgeable expert from the company. The basic video was shot at the Auto Force factory in Huntington Beach, with Tom as director and cameraman. Post-production editing was completed at KnowledgeSet Video, Monterey, CA. THE RESULTSA principal at Auto Force acknowledged "When used as a response to inquiries, the professionalism demonstrated throughout the video production has been instrumental in positioning the EFI 8400 Analyzer as a high quality piece of equipment in the mind of new prospects. Rapidly growing international sales through Bosch in Australia and Auto Force in the U.S. are a result." |
